Swolen gums, toothache
I'm going to see my dentist tomorrow, so I don't know yet what the cause is: it all started as uncomfortable sensitive gum on the upper left side. I have a crown on one tooth and it felt as if the gap between two teeth has got too sensitive. Now it's 5th day and upper gum is quite swollen under 2 teeth. I feel it pulsating if I bite my teeth together, it's uncomfortable and painful. Especially if I touch the gum quite high up above the two teeth. Slept well so far. Have been trying to rinse my mouth with salty hot water, but it only relieves the pain for a short time. Biting my teeth together helps with the pain, but is worse afterward.Generally felt quite chilly last night. Am a bit worried, especially in the night time.

please take three doses of staphysagria 30c at a gap of 4 hours on a single day and observe changes in your symptoms for the next 2-3 days and report back.

Back from the dentist. Not so great news for me: inflamed gum due to some build up between the two teeth and that inflammation traveled down so I also have inflamed root canal (and to make it easy - it's my crowned tooth).
This morning, after taking Staphysagria 30 as suggested, I actually felt quite a bit of improvement: gum felt better, I could bite my teeth together without any pain and the pulsating feeling was gone. Dentist cleaned up the build up from the gap, now it's back to pain and very sore feeling. I took arnica 30 after the dentist (3 times already within 2 hours), rinsed my mouth with hypericum tincture solution - no improvement so far.
I can't bait my teeth together, it's swollen again and too painful. The whole upper jaw feels painful (pain radiating upwards) and some pain in a lower tooth directly where the painful upper ones are (I guess it's just a feeling rather than that the lower tooth is actually hurting). I feel a bit angry. Want sympathy and company.
