Female Hair Loss

I'm a 55 year old woman with severe hair loss worse on crown of head. It has progressed for the last 20 years. Thyroid ok. Minor constipation issues. Hair loss began after complete hysterectomy in early 30's. Hormone replacement therapy (hrt)did not help hair loss. Stopped hrt about 10 years ago. I would like to use Homeopathy to at least stop the progression.
