Hello Rog

Use any one. Though both are used for emotional issues there are distinctive features for both remedies. Go with Ignatia, if the keyword about your suffering is grief, silent grief. Go with Staphy. if the keyword is suppressed emotions or if there is history of abuse, or the esteem and confidence is at an all time low. Use one first and give enough time for it to work, so that you can analyse better and follow up easily.

Thanks for reply, maheeru.

Im taking Ignatia as relief from grief and disturbance in bowel movement. Im feeling better since I started to take it. And im taking staph for masturbation. So should I keep taking them simultaneously?

Hi Rog

Go with one as stated above with those symptoms that are dominant currently. If you feel grief is the first priority then go with Ignatia first and see how much good it can do with potencies 30c, 200c and 1M all a few doses only. Or you can refer some of my earlier posts to prepare wet dose of the medicine to take for a long time as long as it improves you.
