Prickly heat with lot of itching ! Help

I am 27 yrs old male.. I have got lot of skin rash in form of very very small boils under whole body especially stomach and back..

It itches me a lot and I feel like some thorns are being pushed against my skin

This prickly heat appears whenever there is season change or hot summers ..This condition of me is from 6-7 years..Tried allopathy etc ..no use

Already taken Sulphur 30 but no effect..

Please suggest an effective homeo drug (I m taking calladium and staphysgria for another trouble so plz suggest that drug which doesnt interfere with them)
