chest palpitation, anxiety, heavyness in mind, unsteady fingers, deep respiration, abdomen contraction

Hello everyone,

Can anybody suggest me the remedy for the problem(chest palpitation after having food and during sleep,during step up, anxiety, heavyness in mind, unsteady fingers, deep respiration, abdomen contraction, less desire to work, sleepiness,less thoughts) I am 27 yr old. and suffering from all these problems

Plssss suggest me what should I do.I feel the symptoms of Premature Old Age.

These symptoms was started 8 months before. what should I do. I usually worry because of this and I am not able to concentrate on my work prperly. I dont have passion to do any work

One more thing is that I am suffering from Lipoma. The fatty cells or tissue have got spread all over my body.
which is normally happen between the age of 40-60.

Suggest me doctor what should I do for get rid off these problems

bioofeedback or neurofeedback they do in psyhcological offices. Try to call them for consultation. Find one in your city on internet. Also you may research about it on internet and see if it will work foe you. THey do anxiety, depression, chronic fatique, fibromalgia etc
