Sameer Vermani please help me cloudy head
Hi please help me with my problem. I am really affected by weather. It's like SAD but i have it during summer too. Maybe it's sinuses. Before rain i feel really tired and dizzy and weak. During rain/thunderstorm i fel like my head filled with wated, some kind of foggy filling. I am mentally alert but not emotionally. And also very sleepy but restless at the same time. Bo appetite. Some anxiety and depression together. Afraid to be alone but not feeling like engaging in any activity. Started having this 7 month ago. Also some general anxiety and depression generally (not just on rainy days). Indifferent to everything; can't handle stressplease help!

Nat mur is a salt - Generally low potency is not working at all because every day we are taking salt in material doses. Always it is required in higher potency.. or microwise
higher potency means micro salt it is not visible by even microscope.. also.. it is safe no any side effect.. it depends on you.. you may continue or not

I feel like i have constant stomach flu - no energy at all.
