Parkinsons

My dad is 75 and is having parkinsons.His hands tremble a lot.His body an d limbs are stiff.He is not able to turn in the bed on his own.His toilet habits are bad.He is not able to sit on the basin.Some times its constipation and some times frequent motion.Kindly help.what are the food items[vegetarian,south indian] he can take and food he should avoid

please give him three doses of causticum 30c daily at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back after 5 days.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
