abdominal swelling due ovarian cyst - dr rishimba pls help
dr rishimbaI had an ultrasound for my left adnexal cyst..its gone completely. my abdominal ultrasound is clear too....I had swollen abdomen due this adnexal cyst.....is there any remedy to cure this swollen abdomen, and also I have pain in the left upper quadrant......is there any remedy for it.....pls let me know

I am 26yrs old 5feet 4, 62kgs, I was diagnosed with left
adnexal cyst about a month and a half ago, allopatic doctor put me on
danazol . I took it almost 4weeks. then I started taking homepathic
medicines prescribed by local homeopath here. he gave me following
medicines...
Aletris Farinosa Q - after every 3hrs 15drops
Fraxinus americana Q - after every 3hrs 15drops
cimicfuga racemosa 200 - 5drops at night
my cyst disappeared but doctor said u have slightly polycystic
ovaries, I feel throbbing pain in my lower left and sometimes in the right side...pain
in the thoracic region , breast tenderness. bloating...I am taking
alot of fibre such as apples, apricot and peaches....I have checked my
blood glucose regularly it is 4.8mm fasting and 5.4mm random...I dont
think i have insulin resistance.....doctor didnt do my hormone
profile..but skin is getting oily....no acne yet and hairs r falling
too....

I had a left adnexal cyst of 7cm a month ago, allopatic doctor put me on danazol for 4weeks, my cyst disappeared but my breast size reduced, hair falling out, skin oily no acne though. sharp pain in the left side of the back, doctor said cyst is gone but u have slightly polycystic ovaries. sometimes pain is in the right side back also. pain in thighs, after taking danazol I used homeopathic medicines such as Alteris Farinosa, Fraxinus americana, cimifuga but I dont have periods its been 35days now. previously before taking medicines my periods were normal n after every 28 days

one dose of pulsatilla would typically consist of 4 drops of remedy in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in empty stomach.
dont take any food or water one hour before or after the dose.
dont take coffee, onions, garlic, mint etc. during these two days.

Dr Rishimba's advice is not that complicated. To me it reads 4 drops of puls. x 3 times a day x 2 days. Then stop, wait for results and report back in detail in about 3-7 days.
Pulsatila nigricans is the full name though only pulsatila will suffice.
You said that you are not having menses after taking homeo and other medicines. hence most logical would be to stop all these medicines, keep aside all the dilemmas fogging your mind and follow Dr. Rishimba's advice faithfully.

its always better to ask doctor about any queries in the mind as they study our case indepth and if we fail to follow them correctly, we dont get perfect results. moreover dr. rishimba is always very gracious in replying all our queries....god bless u too for explaining to me the correct dosage of pulsatilla...may ALLAH bless u too.

today is the second day of doses of Pulsatilla 200c..my evening and night dose is left...but I dont have periods yet. my stomach is stiff and I am constipated. for immediate periods if its due the best remedy is HERBACIUM GOSSIPIUM-Q.
take some 10 drops of the remedy in some water three times a day and wait for the periods...
i have seen, in 90% of such cases, if the periods are overdue, the flow comes within 24 to 36 hours.
pulsatilla is a long term solution to your suppressed periods. this will work gradually and for a long time.
but for immediate results, try gossipium herbacium.

dont take pulsatilla continuously.
just take for some 3 to 4 days and as soon as you notice a change, you must stop.
next, after about a few weeks, if the problem recurrs, go for pulsatila 1m only one or two doses.

do u think that homeopathic remedies advised to me earlier delayed or stopped my periods, do u feel they were of high potencies, one more question i HAVE READ some people have been advised pulsatilla 30c daily for 10-15days, then why pulsatilla 200c to be just for 3-4days..any reason doctor?

pulsatilla 30c is lower in potency and thus some repetition is advised to get a sustained effect in local symptoms. though it should not be continued if the reaction has started.
i think, the reaction has started in you as you are feeling all the symptoms of the periods.
please stop pulsatilla and go for gossipium.

Hope u r fine....I got my periods five days ago after taking pulsatilla dose.....my periods were scanty, light red color with no clots on first day, and cramps in the abdominal side, so I took gossipium herbaceum 10 drops three times a day just for one day , then next three days were normal to good, dark red in color and on fourth day my periods ended....so the periods lasted just for 4days....where as on the 5th day I m just having light brown color lil blood which is leftover of the period I guess. currently pain in the back is lessened a bit but I get too much pain when I m ovulating also I m still getting stiffness, burning pain in the ovaries a little.it seems some body is stepping his foot on my back.kind of throbbing sensation I get in the lower back left and right both.and my abdomin is swelled. also I got constipated before periods and bloating also..right now I am 61kgs no weight gain though....this is the whole summary of case....kindly recommend me any remedy further or shall I wait for few weeks and see if pulsatilla 200 has made any impact on me, or then after few weeks take pulsatilla 1M,pls tell what remedy should I follow...now.....

the pain that you are having in your ovaries during ovulation is definitely because of the cysts in the ovaries.
please collect as much physical symptoms and sensations by observing youself before, during and after your periods..
we know you have polycystic ovaries and now we need to know the exact modalities and sensations.
after about three weeks, you may be having your next periods and then we will study the exact symptoms and suggest a remedy to dissolve your cysts.
dont worry... you can be cured.
