Dr Kadwa please advise
Dear Dr KadwaMy sister injured her ankle two weeks back while on holidays (twist in ankle). We immediately applied volini to the same and teid crepe bandage. She was able to walk within two days but with a limp. Now almost two weeks have passed but she has still not recovered completely. There is some swelling around the area and its tough for her to drive around. Can i giv her arnica for the same or do you suggest any alternate remedy.
I shall be grateful to you

Her ankle is better but not completely relieved. Swelling had decreased but some pain is still there.

Please give her three doses of bryonia 30c daily at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back. Bryonia follows rhus tox well and is very good for such swelling.
