pain lower left side abdomen
Dr. i have a pain in my lower left side abdomen its started before 2 months it feel hardly when i wake up and time to time pain reduced.i have also lower back pain.abdominal pain is really unkon pain because some time it feels and some time not,i got treatement like pain killers but when i stope it again started.i have complete KUB ultrasound report and Urine DR report. Doctor saying all report is normal, homeopathic doctor gives me a KELKEURINAL i am taking 20 drops 3 times daily but i am not feeling well plz help meansaris on 2009-08-07

what is the nature of the pain, type i mean, and is ther any radiation, does the pain travel form one part to the other. when is the pain more, is it related to food or water. what makes the pain better.

its like droping pain sometimes like something have been shrinked.its not move from one place to another and there is no radiation.today morning when i wake up its started i did some exercise and after breake fast its reduced, is it muscle pain? iam really feeling dengerious.urine is passing normally and there is no pain in my prostates.

Please take daily Dioscorea Villosa 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for three days and report back.
Please don't take KELKEURINAL or any other homeopathic remedy during the period.
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
One dose is 4 pills to be kept under tongue until dissolved or 3-4 drops of liquid remedy in some 20 ml water to be sipped slowly. Don't touch pills with hands. Use cap of bottle to take pills.

Kadwa has selected the medicine on symptom 'when I sit straight its gives me relief' but I think it is muscle pain alongwith Discorea, Mag. Phos.6x ( in luke warm water ) would also help the patient. But if kadwa agree.

Mag Phos patient is better when he bends and applies pressure on his stomach like colocynthis. In this case the patient goes into aggravation by doing so. We can review the case after 3 days and decide accordingly. Let him take Dioscorea for three days. This remedy is expected to take care of muscle pain too with this particular modality.

You can take some rice. Please have a balanced diet ie sabji, roti, dal, rice. Please avoid heavy to digest items like fried food articles, maida items, bakery items, junk food, black drinks etc.

Dioscorea is correct choice.
Also take Probiotic fluids in your diet.
These days you get from Yuke, Mother Dairy, Amul etc.

i think that the patient should stop taking dioscorea 30c and wait for atleast 3 days. If his old symtoms are back, he should take dioscorea 200c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for one day (not daily) and see how he responds.

ok Doctor i am stoping dioscore 30 from today. this pain is really irritating me. i am from pakistan and now a days in fasting Due to Ramazan. i again tooke pain killer today in morning at 5am and yet now i am not feeling any pain but it will started again from tommarow.

Natrum Sulph 6x
As you are not taking food from sunrise to sunset, you cannot take tablets at a gap of 4 hours or so. Please take these tablets thrice a day and maintain a gap of atleast 3 hours between two takes.
If you don't find relief with these tissue salts, please take Dioscorea 200c without waiting for 3 days. That may be taken for 3 days instead of one as your condition is acute.
