Green stool with mucus
Dear DoctorMy daughter 3 yrs 4 months recently was being treated for high fever and cough. She is well now but a day after the medicines (one antibiotic and calpol) were stopped, she complained of stomach ache and discharged loose stool with gas. The stool was yellow, without any foul smell or stickiness. This repeated for 5-6 times. At the day end she discharged dark green colored water like stool with colorless mucus again without foul smell. For the day we kept giving her some liquids, fruits and khichdi. In the evening also gave her 20 mg racecadotril oral suspension. She went to sleep peacefully. We avoided giving her bottle milk in the night which she regularly takes and doesn't sleep without the milk bottle. Its morning and she is yet to wake up. I request your help for 1. How to handle the above 2. How to improve her immune system as she is getting cough cold fever with changing season 3. While traveling in car/ bus she tends to vomit and cannot stand a hilly road at all 5. Is there a good tonic which can be given regularly to her for good health.

1. How to handle the above
If her problem of loose motion continues
You should give her Ars Alb 30c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days. If complete relief is not there, Ipecac 30c should be given in the same manner for another 2 days.
2. How to improve her immune system as she is getting cough cold fever with changing season
Allen Lab, Kolkata has a patented product for Babies BAYBESAN. It contains some homeopathic remedies in tincture form and some cell salts.
3. While traveling in car/ bus she tends to vomit and cannot stand a hilly road at all

I am extremely thankful for the point by point reply by Kadwa. While the stools have stopped and she is better now after racecadotril, I am noting down the homeopathy remedy suggested for future reference. I will certainly look for Baybesan in Mumbai.
