Keloid due to Acne Vulgaris

I suffered from acne vulgaris. It is still there but very little. However, the acne has left numerous keloids (as detected by my dermatologist). The biggest scar is on my shoulders (2 in nos, around 1 and 0.5 cm in diameter), there are numerous such keloids on my hip area as i had acne vulgaris there. There are also small keloids on my chest area. And recently I have been developing small keloids on my upper back area below the neck. All of them are hard in nature.
The bigger keloids start to itch with change in temperature and worsen during heat with moisture.

The dermatologists say the only way to treat them is to individually use injection to dilute them. I have used the cream flutivate but it is hardly helpful.

I have heard that homeopathy offers a treatment to such problems, though it takes long time to heal. Please help.
