Skin rashes

Dear Drs.,
Can some help me, please.
Every morning when I wake up, after about 30 min. I start getting mosquito bite like rashes on my legs and thighs. If I scratch them they seem to become bigger and nasty. They seem to disappear slowly after about an hour or 1-1.1/2 hrs.
Initially I thought they might be an allergy to the tea I drink in the morning so I discontinued that, but they kept on coming back. Now they appear even when I drink plain water, but always in the morning. Can someone advise me PLEASE, PLEASE.

Dear Doc.
That was a great remedy. I could feel improvement from the first dosage. Its been about 7 days now AND NO RASHES! :):):)
Should I keep taking the remedy? Or do something else?

Sorry Doc. I spoke in haste. Right after I posted this morning I began to feel scratchy and lo and behold they are back!!!!!!
Maybe not as many or as big but they are back!!!
What should I do?

After completing 4 days wait for another 3/4 days and then come up with changes.

Dear Dr. Mahfoozurrehman,
Did you mean that I should NOT take the meds. for 3/4 days? Just wanted to be clear.
*I think I might be allergic to cats. Yesterday I let me cat sit on my lap and soon I started getting the bumps. *Today I desisted from doing that and no bumps.
What do you think?

5 days later w/o medicine, less rashes but some do appear. I do think the link is my cat. Every time she tries to get affectionate, especially in the morning, I find the hives appearing or getting worse. What should I do Dr. Mahfoozurrehman?
