girl 2yo sleep problems

Hello,

Please help with my 2yo daughter' sleep. She sleep very good during the day (1.5-2hrs) but during night she wake up frequently 5-6 times per night. She talk, cry and scream during night sleep especially between 12-4 am. she still eat during night - one small bottle 100 ml arround 01:00 and another 210 ml arround 04:00. She is not teething, cold. She was not a good sleeper from the begining. She is 82 cm and 11 Kg
What remedy do you recommend?
