anticipatory grief

I have been living with my parents for the last 3 years since they both became sick. We have been through major surgery with them and a stroke etc. it has been very stressful. then in january my mum died. Now I just keep thinking about my dad dying all the time, the fear keeps coming into my mind all the time and I keep crying, I cant seem to get rid of these negative thoughts. I feel like I am grieving for him before he dies. Is there any thing I can take to stop these feelings overtaking my life? Thank you.
