my 2 months old baby suffer from blocked nose and congested chest please suggest good medicine.

sound while coughing
any wheezing

nose polypus causing blokage.

phlem while coughing.

and some more about general health of the child

yes cough is there

sound when coughing

no wheezing

no phlegm while coughing but sound is there

over all health is normal
