Dear Kris ,
U have taken calcarea 1M on 5 oct, hence allow a gap of 25 days before u take Lachesis 30 C.
U can take Lachesis on 1st Nov as per below dosing proceedure
Lachesis is a deep acting remedy , it is to be taken once and its action lasts 30 to 40 days . Hence i repeat it is to be taken once . If this is the medicine then some effect will be noticed in first few days .
In case this does not turn out to be the right remedy no change will be observed but we have to wait at least for a week before we come to a conclusion .
You will have to strictly avoid coffee , perfumes /body sprays at least for initial 20 days after taking the medicine . Even if it is difficult this has to be followed .No flexibilty around this for at least the first 20 days otherwise the action of the medicine will get masked .
Dissolve 2 pellets ( or pour 2 drops of liquid )of Lachesis in a 250 ml spring water bottle. Allow the pellets to dissolve on their own which takes some time .
Shake the borrle gently after u have put the 2 drops or after the 2 pellets have dissolved so that the medicine gets dispersed homogenously.
Take a capful from this bottle 3 times in one day, spaced by 45 minutes .
This is to be done for one day ONLY. No repetition of the medicine .
Restrictions:
1/. Nothing should enter the mouth for 40 minutes prior to, or after taking the remedy.
2/. Do not touch the tablets with your hands, tip them into the cap of the container they came in and then into the water .
3/. Avoid coffee, tea (including green), and other sources of caffeine such as some fizzy drinks and large amounts of chocolate.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT .
4/. Avoid wearing perfume/aftershave, or exposure to anything with a strong smell while under treatment. This includes any and all essential oils, and incense.
THIS IS VERY IMPORTANT .
5/. Avoid the consumption of excessively spicey foods
6/. The use of medicinal herbs, either as 'teas' or supplements should be avoided during Homoeopathic treatment, as should the use of over the counter medication, unless this has been recommended by an MD.
7/. Nothing of a medicinal nature should be applied to the skin
Please also remember as explained that the 3 doses has to be taken once .
No homeopathic medicine should be repeated until the reaction to the initial dose is observed.
Well if the remedy selected is ok then the first sign of improvement will noticed in the first few days .
Sometines after taking the medicine there can be headache , diarrhoea , fever , vomiting , cold etc , if this happens let it borne without taking anu allopathic medicine .
Please also avoid all other medicines for first seven days and stay away from Coffeeand smoking.

ok so i am taking anti depressants and not allowed to stop taking them so will these be ok to take while being treated homeopathicly? is roll on little smell deodorant ok? really dont want to smell bad.

hi it has now been five days since taking medicine. no major changes my ance seems to be a bit clearer,brain fog is better not gone just less prominent, my nose hasnt got any better or worse, bowels seem to better too, but still have flatulence problem not to sure what else you want to know please let me know if you need more detail.

ok so another 7 days and in the last three days i have gone backwards my nose is blocked 80% of the time i have a constant headache that is really bad when i wake up, i am tired all the time and my bowels have gone back to the way they were before, i am irriatable and snappy, i have phlegm stuck in my throat which i have never had before it use to just run down the back of my throat. i hope that i am suppling enough detail if not let me know

Please think and recollect if there was a small phase (a day or two) after taking Lachesis when u felt different a trifle better mentally then ever before .
Though your feet feel cold but in general how will u feel in a warm room .
Any suffocative feelings .
Which side would u prefer to sleep that is right or left.

the second day after taking lachesis i felt excellent mentally
in a warm room i feel really hot
suffocative feelings only after i have a shower and get dressed feel like my clothes have shrunk but they havent

Please get Lachesis 200c and inform .
As lachesis is a deep acting , we shall have to wait till end of this month .
We will discuss the dosing proceedure for 200c in first week of next month .

On 7th of december , dissolve two pellets or pour 2 drops of lachesis 200 in 150 ml of spring water (and after the pellets have dissolved fully ) gently shake the bottle and take one capful only .
Thats it . No More .
Avoid cofee , perfumes , deodrants for 15 days.
Do not eat or drink anything 1 hour before and after the single capful .
Then we wait for 15 days .

ok so i had been going well until today when my husband informed me that i had been a grumpy person for awhile(2or3weeks) and that i was being short and overreacting on the little things. i dont feel i have been grumpy or overreacting but then i may have blinkers on. i feel okay and only had minimal headaches and my acne had been clearing up but i can feel a few coming up on my chin and in the corner of my mouth. overall in the last two days i have gone backwards in some things but better in others. i also have ulcers in my mouth never had this many before (4or5 at once)

well we are in the new year and i had a great couple of days about a week ago but i now find myself with foggy brain upset stomach and headaches that start at the top of my spine and go over my head to my nose. i feel like my head is going to explode. i have been extremly angry i dont know why and i have been very irritable and snappy. i have a couple of acne spots but no where near the amount i had before. my nose still feels stuffy and is really bad around 4 or 5 in the morning. i have been feeling very suspicious and really jealous which i had before but not to this level.

U mean to say after lachesis 200c u felt better for few days but symptoms have relapsed .
