Puffy eyes

I have read all the posts on puffy eyes but it seems to be very specific to each person's constitution, so I am writing. For the past year or so, I have been unable to get rid of my puffy eyes--they are puffy every day, all day. I am allergic to wheat and corn, and tend to be sensitive to sugar. It used to be that when I ate any of these substances, i would have puffy eyes but they would then get better. Now, regardless of how well I eat, the puffy eyes are there. I am 52, exercise regularly, type A personality, very driven but also pray/chant/meditate 2-3 hours a day--deeply spiritual. Thank you for any help you can provide. Love and light to all.

Where is the puffiness..lower eyelids, upper eye lids, both or the space between eye brows and upper eyelids ??

What other ailments have you been through in the last 5 years.

Loading a picture can help.
