after yst dose, i went fro dinner last night and after dinner there is pain in upper back / lungs. is it in any way related to the sulphur dose?
i cant move my upper body without pain. is it something related to gas.

Once you have an LM 0/1 of a remedy it is fairly easy to make an LM 0/2, 0/3, 0/4, 0/5, 0/6 etc.
Normally, we work up through the potencies (LM 0/1, 0/2, 0/3, 0/4, 0/5 and 0/6, etc) as the solution is consumed. If one is not satisfied with the progress of the case, or the effect seems to slow down, the potency should be increased immediately. The same is true if a person seems to relapse, i.e. the potency should be raised. This is another reason you need to have LM 0/1, 0/2, 0/3, etc on hand.
QUE - if the scale of remedies should be on hand so that we can move up the harmonics. how to make higher lm form lower one? This will help save the 2 week wait period to get the lm form helios.

Do not try these things at home. We are better off sticking to reliable sources of remedies, as I do not want to add one more layer of uncertainty.
So, Helios is the only source of remedies for us. I have never seen a 2 week shipping time to the US from Helios. It is always about 6-7 days.

One thing i have realized that sulphur is core remedy for me.
i seem to relapse daily on lm2. which will be the best way to increase the dose, should i take more spoons form the water or add more drops?

What is difference in terms of homeopathic action between 'remedy amount (more medicien drops in cup)' and 'more water in the cup' ?

a. is a much stronger way to modulate the dose. In homeopathy dilution ratio is always more important, than the final dose of the diluted solution.

From PDF titled - DOSE, DILUTION and the LM POTENCIES by John Morgan (Helios) M.R.Pharm. S., R.S.Hom avaliable on helios site
8 tablespoons (160ml)= 1/8th granule/tablespoon (20ml) diluted x 10 =1/80th per 20ml
so a 5ml dose = 1/320th granule which is the weakest dose Hahnemann recommends but
takes the patient only 8-10 days to finish and be ready for the next potency up.
Dr Pierre Schmidt used one granule in 100mls of water and a coffee spoonful as a dose which represented 1/40th of a granule per 2.5ml dose (40 days supply).
Dr Robert Shore and Dr H Choudhury both dose with one granule in 110ml water putting
one tablespoonful in a glass of 110mls of water which represents 1/160th of a granule per 5ml dose (6 days supply).
Other commonly used methods, for preparing weaker solutions, include,
One granule in 150ml stock bottle and a 5ml spoonful in approx.100mls water in the glass, so one 5ml = 1/600th granule per 5ml dose (30 days supply).
One granule in 10mls water then 10 drops in 100mls water in a glass = 1/260th granule per5ml dose (20 days supply).

Now assuming that my 30ml LM is made form 1 granule
1granlule in 30ml and 30ml = 500drops
*(16drops=1ml from bottle) = 1/30 granule per ml *250ml = 1/7500 granule per ml = 1/ 1500 granule per 5ml dose
*(8drops from bottle) = 1/60 granule per ml *250ml = 1/15000 granule per ml = 1/ 3000 granule per 5ml dose
*(4drops from bottle) = 1/120 granule per ml *250ml = 1/30000 granule per ml = 1/ 6000 granule per 5ml dose
Isnt the dose i am taking Extremely low???

The above question was out of curiosity only. i would definitely like to get a better understanding of the dynamics involved.
right now i put 3 drops only, i had an extremely beautiful dose when i sipped 5 teaspoon.
next time i did 4drops and 3 teaspoon and not as beautiful as previous.
on last 2 occasion i have seen that the day i take dose i dotn sleep in night, i sleep in morning and then next day i do sleep in night. i am surprised.
right now i put 3 drops only, i had an extremely beautiful dose when i sipped 5 teaspoon.

Hmm.. interesting, then why not stick with 3 drops, and drink the 5 teaspoons. The exact dynamics involved here is highly difficult to understand and explain.
It is more of a case as to whatever works best for you, and then sticking to that.

on LM2, daily dose is required.
u had mentioned earlier that one should should switch to next LM after 100 succ. is there any issue if continue to take LM2 till LM3 comes.

Hi Sameer,
with sulphur after 4 doses the body tends towards exhaustion, Tiredness, long sleeping, shortness of breath, bad morning, much thinking, varicose pain in legs. all the symptoms of lachesis (as u indicated earlier)
and in this situation a dose of lachesis does act like a bliss.
is the picture changing towards lachesis (Last time i tried to switch i could feel the fear of future and dread of work) i had posted the comparative symptoms of fear of sulphur and lachesis.
