HLA B27 positive, symptoms of severe arthiritis, remedy request?

Dear Doctors,
My borther is suffering from severe arthiritic symptopms since last four years.(He is not detected artiritis, all reports normal, everywhere in alopathy). He underwent nos of consultants and alopathy treatment(mostly pain killers and nothing more). He does not have gout. He is completely normal as per all reports.
Recently he has been asked to undergo HLA B27 reports which came positive, now this is genetic and cause symptoms of srthritis and N no of other problems.
I sincerely request for the remedy.
He is 30. With good food habit. Was doing classical homeopathy also so far but could not succeeded.

MOST IMPORTANT: In connection,I am 36. I also had similar kind of problems. was never diagnosed anything. Suffered severely for 14 years. Kept on ,,oving all across country. But surprisignly I was cured after 14 years with Aethusa Cynacium 200, just for four months. and never have such problems now. We have not tried this medicine(as we dont do self medication) in him? But this one can use as supportive. I am also one of the patient here taking medicine from Dr.Kadva and my request go through my history which may be found in forum by seaqrching my name 'Star solyjoy'
Since request if we can find out something in my brothers' case.
