Over body heat , sunken eyes and PE

Hello Dr,
I'm 25 yrs old male, 5'10 inch tall and 66 kgs of weight. I do suffer from premature ejaculation for the past 2 years.
I have nightfall once a week and after that nightfall i feel so weak for one or two days. i'm not getting any erection for one or two days.
Low erection, early ejaculation.
When i urinate, some liquid jelly like thing comes at the end as last drop. something like precum.
My body is very hot most of the time and
i have sunken eyes with dark circles around.
Please help me with a remedy.
