Recurrent boils on breasts

Hello! I am hoping someone can help me find the proper balance to help me deal with this painful and unsightly problem.
I have had recurrent boils on each breast- I am currently breastfeeding my toddler, and this seems to have aggrevated the issue.
At first it would be years in between outbreaks, then they started to come several months apart throughout my pregnancy, now seventeen months after my delivery I find they come more frequently. They almost always leave a deep, redish or purplish scar, and never seem to fully extract the core- in face, when one breast has an eruption, if there was a not fully suppurated large boil scar, it also might flare. Sometimes they come one at a time, other times in clusters, and when they finally come to a head, they have a large very red, inflamed corona. Soemtimes they might bring on a fever at night.
They do not always get better with heat or cold (compresses, showers, etc.), very fickle, depending on each individual outbreak.
I have a history of night-waking, vivid dreams, insomnia, also, however when suffering depression I have long periods of exhaustion (followed by periods of night waking.)
I am sensitive to the cold (which can give me anything from aches in the joints (esp. hips, lower back) love dry heat, can have difficulty breathing in very humid enviornments.
Typically a high functioning, leader, A-type personality. Obsess over minutiae, have problems with abandonment, anxieties around family life.
Crave coffee-sweets-salty.
Have food aversions to blueberry, mdecial adversions to sulfa based pharmasuedicals.
Started three days ago on silicea 30C , roughly five times daily, 4 pellets, and although I am having some progress, both the left breast which needs to expel it's core (after suppurating what felt like fully last week) has had no progression, and the right breast which currently has two boils still weakly suppurating thin fluid and still mildly inflamed have had some, but again, not even moderate progress.

Looking for any type of advice- this truly is becoming difficult to deal with on several levels in my life.

Best,

MGlee.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I suppose I should also add:
I had gained weight during my pregnancy (70 lbs) and have lost the first 20lbs, my metabolism has been increasingly sluggish over the past 3 years or so.
I also have little thirst and little desire to urinate throughout the day, and although I take in less fluids than others- I have clear / light colored passing of urine.
I do have occasional problems with digestion, heartburn and a general imbalance in the gut (swings from constipation to diarrhea and back again with little trigger.)
Hope this helps round out my whole picture...

please stop SILICEA.

your remedy is SEPIA.

please take SEPIA 30C four doses each day equi-spaced for some 2 to 3 days and as soon as you notice a change in your boils you should taper down the doses.

please update me after 1 week.

Would Sepia as a treatment be re-initiated this way with another outbreak? Or is it in your opinion that this treatment would place me back into balance?
Thank you!

I'm sorry Rishimba- just a couple other questions.

Will I need to stop my pre-natal vitamin as I take the Sep. 30C? I have also been using Calendula topically on the inflamation. Should I also stop this during treatment with Sep.?
What kind of dietary restriction should I be following? And if an avid coffee drinker, is it more advisable to remove completely from diet (which in the past has caused aggressive headaches) or to make sure coffee is not consumed with at least an hour on each side of treatment...

Thank you again... sorry to pester you!

SEPIA will put you back into balance as this is an internal hormonal disorder manifesting on the skin.

sepia is the only remedy which covers boils in lactating mothers. moreover, your generals are also matching sepia. i feel this will cure you.

superficial application of calendula is not of much use in this case and thus you may stop it.

vitamins, if absolutely required may be contunued but if you can avoid it for a couple of days, its probably better.

yes, coffee.. better refrain from it at least for a few day till you take sepia.

also try to avoid strong aromatics like deos, perfumes.

in food, you should avoid mint, garlic, onions in the raw form.

one dose would be 4 drops in some 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in empty stomach and clean mouth.

no food or water or washing of mouth one hour before or after.

trust things are clear now.

Yes, thank you- this was a perfect explanation of remedy and procedure.
I will be in touch in about a week. My thanks again.

You might want to check into a gluten free diet for gluten intolerance/celiac. You have a lot of the symptoms. The boils could be Hidradentitis Suppurativa which I am researching at the moment in relation to celiac. Your symptoms sound like a classic case. Please feel free to email me.

No change- boils look like they are taking 'the usual' path... drying out, skin is extremely dry- still no expulsion of cores from either the small boil on the right breast that flared when the left breast had its two flare up...

I keep feeling like if I could get these to totally expel their cores, as some of the smaller boils have, I'd be in better shape against future flares... all spots that came, expelled all contents and are just flat, light pink scars have never had another flare... these that leave the deeper, purplish scars are the ones that seem to recur in the same spots... and they never truly flatten...

- I've read up on HS, I don't know... it seems that lactation has exacerbated this, when younger, I had one every few years or so... they have always been on the sides of the breast, never in another spot... I've looked at photos of HS, and these boils while sometimes seeming close to a furnucle or carbuncle never do seem to have deep running sinus tracts... I have a friend with celiac's disease, but don't seem to share her stomach pain or discomfort...

Any other thoughts on how to get full expulsion of what is in these things? Any other questions I could answer to help make a more thorough diagnosis?

if dr. rishimba agrees then please take Myristica-200 One does at night for a week and report changes.

if sepia is not working, probably you should try to take the myristica - silicea path.

initially, please take myristica as suggested by dr. mahfooz and see if the cores are getting expelled.

i should tell you that myristica is an excellent remedy in expelling out the pus or the unwanted matter from boils before the same is dried up by itself or with the help of other homeopathic remedies.

if the boils are extremely painful to touch and you are fond of sour taste in food, you can also take HEPAR SULPH gradually going higher in potency from 12c to 200c.

Just so I can order what I need to try this- is it myristica 200c then silicea in what dose, and at what time in the progression?

Thanks again!

Dr(s). Rishimba and Mahfooz:

I do have hepar sulph. in the 30c potency readily available- I have heard that there are good 'pumping' results one can get by alternating this with sil.

If there is a possibility that this is HS as suggested by a previous reply in this thread- would myristica also clear this?

Any thoughts on why the Sepia 30C seemed ineffective? Something in my generalities seems a better fit for this next course of treatment?

Apologies for more clarifying questions. Best to you both.

You seem to be little confused in getting medicine. Please wait the response of dr. rishimba and follow him.

sepia is the only remedy which covers 'boils in lactating mothers'

thats the reason, i had prescribed this remedy as your generals matched sepia.

probably, the potency was not right..

if you had frequent eruptions and boils earlier as well, probably sepia will not help as the etiology is different.

to pump out the pus, very low potencies is to be taken initially and then gradually you have to go to higher and higher potencies.

based on your generals, silicea or hepar sulph will help.

in any case, myristica 12c,30c and then 200c may be taken initially to pump out the stuff.
