How do I know if 'this potency is working'? For instance today (24hrs after last dose) I still feel fatigued. Does that mean I should take another dose today? Or do I need to wait longer for this potency to act?
I am feeling lost here. I took my best guesses over the past couple of months when I did not hear back from you, but I am feeling nervous about treating myself.
How do I 'find out a suitable interval based on the recurrance of your symptoms as to what should be the frequency of the doses.' ?

LM2 or LM3 potencies are made so that they can be taken at very small intervals.
the best way of taking a sustained dose is to take one dose of LM2 everyday morning. if LM2 doesnt bring much relief, do it with LM3.
continue LM3 everyday one dose till your vital forces pick up.

I will try LM2 everyday for now as the order for LM3 will not arrive for a while.
Shall I try everyday for one week? Or two weeks?
Can I take it at bedtime instead of mornings? Morning times are a little intense with my son around, evenings I have a bit of quiet to myself.

yes, you can take one dose of LM2 every night one hour before dinner.
continue till you feel you feel you are OK. you can continue it for several weeks if required.

08/02/2010 - some mild/strong menst cramps after/during urination, some slight dry
feet, but generally good, peaceful, happy w/son
08/03/2010 - cramp/stiffness left hamstring, dry feet increasing, 7pm very blood shot eyes (more on right side), good energy all day
08/04/2010 - 11 am Fatigue 2:30pm SEPIA 2LM
08/05/2010 - still fatigued, nervous edgy, want to take a nap in a cool dark place, not interested in working SEPIA 2LM 10 pm
08/06/2010 - fatigue lessened, felt at peace though took a long time to get into business mind with client, good lovemaking w/partner SEPIA 2LM 10 pm
08/07/2010 - good morning not great, needed nap at 12noon, dreamed angry w/ my mother
08/09 10 - less fatigued, stinky pee, some discharge 10th , stinky sweat, stinky gas
08/11/2010 - Night Terror crying 2 AM, sleepy during day, took nap woke emotionally Fragile, 3:30 pm vag irritation after BM
08/1216 - some vag irrit after pee / after BMs, back froze up left side on 13th
some relief w/massage, menstrual-like cramps in morning, more relief w/200mg Ibuprofen 8AM, good emotional mood through all, 200mgIB4pm
08/17/2010 - SEPIA 2LM 10pm back pain l/s lumbar/sciatic improved w/walking, worse w/sitting (especially sitting in car)
08/18/2010 - still stinky sweat, stinky gas, stinky pee, but less so today, still Back Pain but relief w/chiropractic until sitting or driving again, through all very happy with loved ones
08/21/2010 - back pain nearly gone today, fatigued legs after kite flying, still very happy with family, though some ego-noise, sleeping well, waking rested and happy
08/27/2010 - sensed menstruation coming, watery discharge, very tired past few days, some bloated, large breasts, dry feet 7pm, very peaceful happy
08/28/2010 - menstruation started upon waking, easy dark heavy, dry feet gone, very peaceful
08/29/2010 - hangnails, hair fall out when brushed, some vag pain/irrit after BM, very sleepy, SEPIA 2LM 10:30 pm
08/30/2010 - menstruation ends, normal flow
09/04/2010 - still hangnails,Very dry feet, some eur pain after pee sore throat, tired, SEPIA 2LM 9pm
09/05/2010 - slightly improved dry feet and hangnails, still eur pain after pee, woke 2AM very sore throat, sick with cold all day, but always in good spirits
09/06/2010 - held 3lm remedy at bedtime, felt anxious in back, neck and shoulders
09/07/2010 - still congested sneezing dripping coughing w/cold, vag/eur pain after peeing
I am not really clear if taking repeated doses of 2LM is helping or not.
Should I be taking it differently or move to next higher. I feel I need more guidance.
