Coryza & Nose bleeding

some improvement noted, but still problem is that nose remains dry, and I feel comfortable by applying oil inside the nose. Internal skin is itching. Also pressure in the nose is generally high during midnight or midday. but now no bleeding, only coryza blockage is still continue as usual

this problem is very old and occurs during season change( from winter to Summer) specially in the month of Mar-Apr every year. But in 1999-2000, I consult the with a homeopathic doctor in a Govt. Dispenciary, she given me Bryonia 30 & Phosphorus 30 for 5 days, and after that upto 7 years, this problem never occured.

Now in 2008 and 2009, same problem occured in Mar-Apr, and I have taken no treatment. But, it is first time, when bleeding happened in Sept- Oct.

Now bleeding is stooped, but sneezing started. and generally my nose bleeding always attached with Coryza or catarh.
presently, I am unable to decide that whether the pressure in my nose is due to blood or coryza.

Nat. Sulph, & Kali Mur are continue after Nux, but yesterday, Nose bleeding occured in the morning 5' O Clock.
Actually, Late night I was at the airport, wheather was slightly cold. when I reached my home, I felt that I caught by cold. I decided to take Aconite, but I had Gas problem also. So I took Nux 30 only. But in the morning when I faced nose bleeding, I took Nux again, and felt good, now I am taking only Nux Vomica.
Please advise me whether should I continue Nat. Sulf & Kali Mur, and repeat the same cycle, Or should I change the remedy.
As treatment is going, then why blood from Nose came, after & days Gap.
Plz also mention whether it is due to Cold or not

I addition to this, 5 months ago I have also taken Lyco 1M weekly, and Acid Phos 30 once daily, for sex problems

But this is the first time, when nose bleeding happened in Winter season.

Yesterday when I was taking Dinner, bleeding started without any feeling, and some cloggs came out afetr bleeding. I taken Nux Vom 30, bleeding stopped. But after completion of Dinner, loose motion started, It was not watery, but it was in running form. After 2-3 repetitions, I felt relax, and went to bed after taking one more dose of Nux Vom. then there was no pressure in my nose. Now I m taking the same medicine, till now I m feeling well.

This is only for your information, and neccessary advise.
After completion of above course of treatment, I'll back to you.

Sorry for delay in reply, actually I was too busy in my office to reply. However I am taking my medicine regularly(sometimes irregularly...)
Now I am feeling well, no bleeding for last few days, but nose is still dry, and inner skin is itching.
Regarding my History:
As informed by my parents, I had loose motions, in my childhood, after that upto age of 10 years, I had a problem of cracks on my skin of hands & feet during winter season, and rashes on whole body in summers. I don’t know when started, nose bleeding was happened every years in the month of March/April, when Season changes from winter to summer. In parallel to this, I faced contipation for the whole years, and remained continue until my study completed. ( I think this is because, during my study I remained stuck with my study, remained sitting for maximum time, and movements were very less) During this period I used bryonia, Nux Vom, Kali Mur., Ars., but it rectified automatically.
But for nose bleeding, a Govt. Doctor in delhi, gave me Bryonia 30 & Phosphorus 30 for 5 days in 2000, and disease rectified. But from 2007 it is happening again every year in the same season, and I am using same remedies to cure it. But this is first time when the problem came in Sept./Oct.(when season changing from summer to winter. Coryza always present with nose bleeding.
In addition to this I have Hair falling, premature, dandruff, smell of sweat from feet only in winter season.
Very sensitive to cold, and less sensitive to warm weather. Sometimes cant pronounce correctly, some typical words, especially from English. Very shy, lack of confidence.
Used Lyco. 1M and Acid Phos 30 for sex problem, that has been resolved.
Don’t like toffee, coffee, chocolate, junk foods, fast foods, very less usage of Tea, and cold Drink.

Father has pain in the stomach; Mother has Gas Problem, High sugar, High Blood Pressure.

Today, early in the morning, when I was on bed, bleeding again occured, but it didnt came out. However, when I was bathing, I used to clean my nose & throat, some blood in the clogged form came out from my throat. for your information I stooped Nux, just 2 days before, and taking Bio chem salts only.
I addition to this I've pain in my left shoulder for last few days. Bleeding is also from left nassal, but when nose bleeding started in the month of sept., it was from right nassal, but shortly after few days, it started from left.
problem increases with fan air, cool weather.
Gas is also my major problem.

On reccommendation by a local doctor, I used Phosphorus 200 in the morning & Aconite 200 at bed time for three days. Now Nose bleeding & Shoulder pain both rectified.
please whether should I continue Nat Sulph & Kali Mur or stop all medicine.

For last few days I suffering with crazy, catarrh and cough. Problem started with coryza arisen from cold air blow of fan at bed time. It was thick yellowish. I used Gelsimum 30 four times a day. But by night Fever caught me with Back pain & headache, Dr given me Bryonia 30 and Arsenicum Alb 30 alternately. And 3 doses of ferrum phos 6x. After 30 hrs, I recovered from Fever. But Coryza is still continue with cough & catarrh. Discharge from nose is whitish clogs mixed with colorless and not self flowing, it needs to blow out. From throat catarrh is yellowish. Cough is dry and after discharge of catarrh, I feel some relief for short time. Please advise some appropriate remedy for this, as this is the general case. Usually, Cold thing like ice cream, cold water etc. are not feasible to me

I have some anger personality. I always try to avoid, but shorlty I get anger.

Also problem of cough increase in front of fan/AC air. Natural air has no such effects.

Generally, catarrh remains present always, sometime dry, sometimes yellowish or whitish or slightly blackish and sometimes discharges in small content. However, it increases suddenly, when I caught by cold. I never felt my throat properly clean even when there is no catarrh or cough. feeling like 'khujali' in throat arises any time, specially when i use cold things like ice cream, cold water, AC rooms etc.

Also, I have pain in left shoulder, when I try to bend it in back-side, means to apply soap on back during bathing, it is for last 2 months, But I have not taken it seriously, but I worry, that may not become permanent. No pain in other movements/ standby mode. During backward bending, it is also not pain, but it is difficult to bend.
