Low potencies, what is range of repetition constitionally?

I am a sensitive and react with aggravations to remedies in the medium potencies even 12C potencies. I am trying repetition of lower potencies (9C). I was wondering how often to take the 9C. I heard anywhere from 2x daily for 3 wks to only 3x and wait for a month. The remedies are Thuja and Dulcamara. Any suggestions?

potency question
regards your Rx who is your homeopath?
did he clarify the dose/potency?
my methods are not multiple dosing. Each dose of the same granule must be succussed prior to taking it again to make sure you are not repeating the 'same potency all the time'.
If you are super sensitive try just LM potency or use the inhaling method of taking the remedy.

Tyler, that makes sense to me because I took 9C dulc 2x daily for a couple of weeks and it helped with my fatigue and moods and then it just didn't work any more. I tried 12C, but got an aggravation. So I went to Thuja 9C and repeated 2x daily for a couple of weeks with very bad depression. I thought I might have given it too much. Probably Dulc is my remedy and I need to go up slowly. How do you succuss that? Start with a 9C or 12C? and what do I do.

I stopped going to my homeopath about 4 mos. ago.

I went to 2 homeopaths really and my son went to 2. 3 different ones all together and neither of us got help. I bought some books and am educating myself.

Dulc and Thuj are under every symptom for me in the materia medica - the mind, generals, etc. Since Dulc did help for a few weeks, maybe that is my remedy. I might need to tweak the potency. Any indications on how to succuss will be appreciated.
