highly stressed and constipatiopn problem

Hi

I am a computer professional sitting 8-10 hours daily in front of PC...I am overweight and having constipation prob for last 3-4 yrs ...

I feel highly stressed in this job plus boss giving order against tight deadlines makes my life more miserable. I have changed job many times but it all remains the same in IT field

Please suggest me some medicine to cure this stress and constipation..
