Your digestion is not right..and there is undigested food in the belly.
This causes phlegm to form in the body. The phlegm gets deposited in the nasal passages. Over a period of time it drys up in the nasal passages.
Homeopathic med will help you to dislodge it to a great extent.
However, go tho the root cause...indigestion..resolve it by changing your eating habits and choice of foods.
On the bridge of the nose and in sinus area (externally) apply oils that generate heat...like Sesame (til) oil.
This will help to dislodge the dried up phlegm.
Get some Thyme herb ...drop 1/4th of a spoon of it in a bowl of water...heat it and inhale the steam so formed for about 10 minutes. (Once a day).
Avoid taking cold water and cold drinks immediately after the body has heated up after strenuous physical activity.
That will help further.
