side affects of AlfalfaHi, david here. Age 27, height 56,, and foloowing no medication. I had been having stomach problems for about 2 weeks and i sought a remedy from the homeopathy book, it suggested Alfalfa to boost the digestive system and also mentioned the benefits to sexual health. I haven't had any sexual problems but after 3 days of regular dosage of Alfalfa ( one tblsn 3 times daily before or between meals), i lost my desire (not tht i dont get an erection , but i dont feel like having it). Also, my stomach didn't get any better so i stopped using it after the 3rd day. 2 days later i ejaculated in my sleep, i ignored it and then another 4 days later i ejaculated in my sleep again.
I had had this problem till about 5 months prior to taking alfalfa but then controlled it through meditation, and subconscious control.
now i'm very upset cause it has come back again and i don't know what to do. is this supposed to happen with alfalfa..?
my major concern for taking alfalfa was to stimulate the growth mechanism of the body , since i had been working out for 4 months and gained only 4 pounds of weight.i use a weight gainer regularly but i guess untill the body releases growth hormones , it won't grow..how should i go about putting on weight..?..
(i haven't gone to the gym after taking alfalfa).. please let me know what to do.. the ejaculation problem is really bothering me.
p.s: is there an expiry date for alfalfa..? my bottle does not have one.
