This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Such pathological details help in arriving at the homeo remedy, but the final selection of the remedy is done on the basis of the patient's totality of symptoms.

So, would your answer be 'yes' to having a CURE for this problem?

Meaning, once cure, the person no longer need to abstain from food that would cause a breakdown of red blood cell?

Unfortunately such answers to such questions cannot be given as Yes and No.

If on the basis of the symptom picture of the patient an indicated remedy can be arrived at
and if the remedy stimulates vital force and cure is effected
then
the person no longer need to abstain from food that would cause a breakdown of red blood cell.
So there are two ifs !!

Anyway it is always good for the patient to follow diet restrictions unless he himself feels that he is cured.
