Female Infertility

Dear Dr.

It's RG again.
Back with my own health problem.

My husband and I have been trying have a baby for three years and no luck.We dont have any children.
The doctors cant find a whole lot wrong and want to prescribe crazy medical procedures. I took progesterone (Bio-identical) for several months but stopped because it made me feel crazy-like I had too much caffeine.
We tried the temperature taking, charting, fertility monitors and special diets. Nothing has gotten us even close.

Here's some background information:
I am now 41, husband is 37.
Good health- no known problems.
All medical tests for both of us are fine- except low progesterone for me.
Charting methods and temperature reading indicate I do ovulate.
We do take multivitamins and also extra C, folic acid and B-12.
No smoking or drugs only very special occasion drinking.

I have tried Au-Mur but didnt have any success.

I am sure you will need more information but this is a start.

Thank You
RG

Agnus Cast 6c, three times a day for both of you, continued for 1 to 2 months.

In addition, you would take (not your husband) Borax 6x, once a day for 2 weeks before your ovulation. Then stop and repeat the next time.

Please sure you have sex on the day of ovulation, roughly 14 days after last day or mensuration, but can change from individual (strongly suggested to buy ovulation tester from pharmacy to confirm the day in which you are ovulating). Use this for each period to determine the right day. This is very important.

1. Describe your main sufferings and other related or unrelated sufferings with exact sensations, locations, modalities and probable causes.
Infertility for over three years. I've tried all the standard methods- temping, charting, ovulation monitor, vitamins, you name it we tried it. All blood tests are fine with both of us-except for low progesterone (me). Supplement of bio identical progesterone for 6 months did nothing to help and made me feel crazy- like I had too much coffee-couldn't sit still, heart racing, anxious, sweating- Seriously cant take that any more.
Doctors want to try more invasive treatments- I will not.

2. Write an essay on yourself, your personality, nature, likes and dislikes, thermal preferences, cravings and aversions, fears and dreams, your ambition in life, your inner-most desires, your place in society etc.

I am a neat, mellow individual. I can be quiet and like the tranquility of working in a garden or go out and be social, laugh, and have a good time.
I love animals and plants better than people. I don't like crowds, loud noise and hot weather.
I crave a creative environment but don't like a mess and spend much time organizing things (building cabinets and drawers, sorting things, 'container-zing'

My biggest fears are being left alone in the world and the security of my home.

Aversion to gooey, slimy things like under cooked eggs.

My inner most desire is to be appreciated for my efforts.
Not a big parade or anything grand- just a simple acknowledgment.

Place in society or social climbing means nothing to me.

3. What is your profession? Do you enjoy yourself at work? Is it a profession you have willingly chosen? If not, what would it be as per your choice?

I am a stay at home wife.
I am a professionally trained artist. Yes I choose this.

4. What would you like to change in your personality, if at all?
I am working on trying new things instead of doing the same things all of the time.

Sorry that posted accidentally- before I finished. Here is the rest.

5. Please pick out the adjectives which best describe your personality;

Nervous, Anxious, Shy, Worrying, Paranoid, Proud, Asocial, Guilty, Depressed, Hypochondriac, Untidy, Weepy, Emotional, Impractical, Confused, Suspicious, Jealous, Timid, Aggressive, Headstrong, Forgetful, Follower, Insecure, Immature, Impulsive, Rigid, Restless, Feminine.

Forgetful,Suspicious, Emotional

6. Did you have any bereavement in life? If yes, how has it affected you?

Yes, multiple family members have died. I hate death. I am fearful of it taking more of the people around me.

7. Do you often suffer from depression? If so, do you prefer company or solitude during those times?

Not so much- maybe down in the dumps on occasion. I like to talk to people and resolve why I feel that way.

8. Do you get angry often? If not, do you feel the anger inside at least? What are the things / issues on which you get angry the most?

I try not to be externally or physically angry. If I feel anger I try to wait before I confront someone, so I can be effective in my communication.
That doesn't always happen.

9. Do you have any issues regarding your parenting by your guardians? How were their nature / behavior towards you during your childhood and adolescents? How has it affected your personality and thoughts?

My parents always treated me as a child-even when I became adult.
I think they had high expectations but low opinion of me.
I think this makes me feel less than worthy to others.

10. Would you say your sex drive is high, low or average? Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires?
High and yes

Patient ID: Sex: F Age: 41

Please answer the following questions in a descriptive manner after careful analysis and recollection of previous experiences and happenings.

1. Describe your main suffering?
Inability to conceive after 3 years.

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Sometimes bad headaches (one sided-right side) with vomiting. Maybe 2-3 times a year. Sometimes headaches without vomiting -completely different pain from the other.
Maybe one a month.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Resigned to the fact we are childless. Feel guilty I waited too long to get married and have children.

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
I feel like a failure. I cant do what gets done by accident for a lot of women. I feel resentment that it's so easy for others and they don't even treat their children like the gifts that they are.
I feel sorrowful when I witness people yell and mistreat their children.

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
3 years ago. I never tried to have children before then.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Morning. I have to gear up for the day. Get up slow take my time, read the news, etc

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
Aggravation comes from seeing a herd of strollers coming my way. It comes from people mistreating their children.
Amelioration- I know I have a wonderful husband, we have a wonderful life together and will experience many things. We have a great life, to receive anything more would be a cherry on our cake.

8. Do your think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
Not that I know of. All medical tests are fine except progesterone is low. Supplementation did not help.
It got lower with supplementation.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
Cool, dry weather. I dont like the heat or humidity.

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.

I dont like thunder, but I like rain.
- Do you like being consoled during your tough times?
Sure to a point.
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc?
Smell and sound.
I can smell things no one else can.
I cant stand sounds like hedge trimmers, leaf blowers, lawn mowers. Other mechanical sounds like dryer, washers, coffee grinders don't bother me.
- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc?
Not sure if this counts but I am often working to get rid of these heel fissures I've had for many years.

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I love my husband more than anything. My friends come and go and the rest of the family is scattered or estranged.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly? I dream of getting a positive pregnancy test repeatedly. The positive lines on the test are much darker and wider than they would be in reality and they take over one end of the stick covering it in bright purple.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions?

Love spicy foods, creamy foods. Thai food is my favorite-yellow curry, basil, rice vinegar.
I love limes- food cannot be tart or sour enough for me.
Too much sweet food makes me feel sick -like vomiting.
I'd rather eat salty foods than sweet.
I like cooked vegetables and but I eat them too often it hurts my stomach(especially broccoli. Raw vegetables like salad really don't work well for me at all.

Less. I have to remember to drink water.

14. How is your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive? Normal- sometimes I am so hungry but fill up without eating much.

Raw vegetables, salads, too much cheese, especially goat cheese. I am allergic to wheat and eat gluten free foods.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs? More than normal. Especially the trunk.

Sometimes I feel as if my head is lighter than it should be (full of helium) and I can get slight tunnel vision. This usually happens around headache time.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
I took supplemental progesterone. It made me feel crazy like I drank too much coffee, couldn't sit still or concentrate.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
heart disease and stroke in older relatives.

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance.
Average height, about 20-30# overweight (despite years of dieting), look older than I am, most times dark circles under eyes, clear skin-oily face rest of body somewhat dry skin.

the remedy which is coming up is PHOSPHORUS which is most probably your constitution as well.

better to start treatment with some 3 doses of PHOSPHORUS 200C on a single day. keep a gap of six hours between the doses.

take the first dose at 6 am, the second at 12 nooon and the the third at 6 pm.

dont take any food or water one hour before or after the doses.

one dose would be typically 4 drops of remedy in 10 ml of water slowly sipped up in clean mouth.

once you see some changes in your feeling of well being and sleep, you know that its working. in that case, you should try on the most probable days ( 9th to 16th).

after about a month, if you are convinced that there has been some improvement, you can take one dose of PHOSPHORUS 1M once every 15 to 20 days for 2 to 3 months.
