Paranoid Schizophrenia ?
A close relative is normal otherwise but is paranoid with a particular person (old servvant of many years).She is so suspicious of him and has illusions/delusions in everything that he does.He went away for 6-7 months and she was normal then.He has returned a month ago and the problem has stated again.

Stramonium 1000ch could be used, but also have in mind Hyosciamus, Lachesis and Cenchris in this order.
