Reaction from Augmentin & Levaquin
Hi there,About two months ago my husband was prescribed Augmentin antibiotic for a sinus infection. A few days later he started to break out in hives on his hands, neck, arms and legs. The hives would appear out of nowhere, itch like crazy, then disappear. His doctor told him to stop the Augmentin and gave him Levaquin. This seemed to make the hives worse, plus now he has foot and leg pain, like his tendons and muscles ache. He feels very tired and brain-foggy, and is cranky. The itching is worse in the evening. He takes Benadryl at times but its really not helping him.
Is there anything he can take to help get these toxins out of his body from the antibiotics and to get relief from the itching and muscle pain? My husband is 42 years old and is in good health otherwise. He smokes cigarettes.

I see that your husband has developed a allergic reaction to that antibiotic. he can be helped by NUX.VOM 2OO, 3pills every night before bed for 1 week. this will help him to come out of the bad effects of the medicines he took. pls do write me if u have and doubts regarding this.

Thank you so much for the fast reply Doctor. I will find the Nux Vom today, there are many natural stores where I live.
Are these pellets that need to be dissolved? Just want to make sure I know exactly how he should take it.

No Carrie, no need to dissolve the pellets. put it directly on the tongue.just make sure he is not taking strong coffee,raw onions or garlic till the treatment. and also no strong perfumes.thats it

I'm sorry, I always forget to post an update! Just wanted to say that the Nux Vom completely helped my husband and all symptoms disappeared within a 2 days. He was very happy!
