Sulphur and calcarea carbonicum

Hello,
I am a 30 years old female and my symptoms match with sulphur and calcarea carbonicum.
And i have purchased both the remedies of 30c potencies. And my understanding is sulphur should be taken before calc. My question is how long should i wait after taking sulphur and before taking calc. Please advice.
Thanks.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
There are no pre-conceived notions as to which remedy you would need after Sulphur.

Calcarea is just one of 'likely' remedies which might be needed ONCE SULPHUR HAS DONE ALL IT COULD but that will be ONLY when symptoms show a change towards a Calcarea totality.

May I know is this being advised by a homeopath ?

Sameer, Thanks for you response.
I did not consult any Homeopath.

I just used the Remedy Finder from this website, the Remedy Finder grid suggested other remedies too. But when i studied the remedies these two matched very closely to my symptoms.

Do not self diagnose for chronic cases.

Sulphur and Calcarea are deep acting miasmatic remedies and wrong usage of these can render the case incurable. Always remember that with a great power to cure, comes a great power to harm as well.
