Kindly help: Loud and long time burps
Dear Doctors in the forum,I am in desperate need of help and feel that I have come across the right forum which truly is dedicated in helping all!
My mother, 75 years old is going through the problem of burps for past many years(15-16 years). We have consultanted tens of doctors and have done all sort of tests without any success.
She starts burping anytime of the day/night, no matter what kind of food she takes. The burps are very loud and lasts for 25-30 minutes. Nothing helps during this time(cold milk, antacid, digene etc). The gas gets on her heart, head and leaves her trembling, shaken and very week. She had her gall bladder(stones) removed 19 years ago and this problem started after 2 or 3 years after the removal.
She is vegetarian and has chronic arthritis problem. She has become very week now and if she holds anything in her hand, her hands shake continuously. She also has developed now the problems with her ribs. Per x-ray her lower ribs are tangled together which is also causing so much trouble to her. She is unable to lie down or sit back without severe pain.
I can provide more specific details as required.

day 1
please take three doses of arsenic alb 30c at a gap of 4 hours.
One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.
day 2 to day 7
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
mag phos 6x
natrum sulph 6x
natrum phos 6x
Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.
Please report after 7 days

Sorry forgot to ask...from day 2 through day 7 - can we combine all three meds, i.e. mag phos,natrum sulph, and natrum phos or the set of three should be taken one after another in the interval of 30 minutes each and another set of three again after 4 hours? Please advise.

We started the medicines for my mother on Nov 26. She has taken the meds as advised. We have seen little improvements so far. Thank you!
Yesterday, she again had the same burping problem...the loud and long burps continued for about 30 minutes. However, today we have seen a reduction in time, i.e. she had the same problem again today and the burps continued for about 10 minutes only.
So how long we continue the biochem meds? Is there repeatation of arsenic alb required? Please advise.

please repeat the same pattern of medication every week ie ars followed with tissue salts for one month and report back.

I just checked with my father and it seems there is no improvement in her condition. It is the same. Some days she doesn't have it and some days she will have the burping two or three times a day, lasting 5 minutes to 60 minutes.
What is next? Looking forward to advise from the other consultants in the forum as well.

As the patient is suffering from arthritis also, i thought ars would work. But it seems that the remedy has not worked to patient's satisafiction. Please go ahead with your suggestions.
