Please take three doses of Pulsatilla 200c at a gap of 4 hours on one day (not daily, only one day) and report back after 15 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

so will that stop the hair loss and strengthen?

A homeo remedy is suggested on the basis of totality of symptoms and it works as a stimulation to vital force. Cure is effected if the remedy is able to stimulate vital force. In this case the remedy is suggested on the basis of totality of your symptoms. It should bring improvement in your overall health including the problems you asked about if it succeeds in stimulating vital force.

You cannot change potency by changing dose size.

Please go through the following thread to understand what potentization means.
