Also, apart from the Pilonidal Sinus issue, I have found out another issue from the past one week or so.
Heel Pain - There is a shooting pain in my ankles - especially when I wake up in the morning and sit for sometime and get up after that. It is just in the heels.
Is this in anyway related to the Pilonidal Sinus or anything?
Anything that I can do for this, kindly advise.

Please report at the scheduled reporting time all your issues at a time. On that basis appropriate suggestions will be made. It is not possible to give any suggestions midway. You may keep Lycopodium 200 and Rhus Tox 200 ready with you. These remedies may be needed afterwards if your symptoms persist.

Apologies for the inconvenience. Was just trying to highlight this issue because I realised it (the heel pain) just yesterday.
Anyways, after I finish my dosage of silicea 6x, I will update you with other symptoms.

I am planning to water fast for 2-3 days next week abstaining from solid food completely.

You can do fasting if otherwise you are comfortable doing that. You should observe the homeo restrictions given earlier.

Dear kadwa,
It has been 15 days I have been taking Silicea 6x as prescribed.
As of now, both the cyst and sinus still appear. There has been a lot of bleeding and pain during the past week or so. Earlier, I did not notice any pain at the actual sinus but from the past week or so, I can feel the pain both at the sinus as well as the cyst.
The cyst used to become lesser in size but grew sizeable again...
Kindly advise.

Please take silicea 6c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for 10 days and report back.
Whether you have experienced any changes at mental plane after taking arsenic alb other than the physical problem that you are having and you have been reporting.

I will try sourcing for Silicea 6c in a day or two. By the way, I already have Silicea 30 - please let me know if this can be used instead of Silicea 6c.
As you know, I have actually taken Arsenic Album 200c only on Day 1. Did not really see any changes mentally but it has been a little impatient and restless over the past couple of weeks - not sure if that's due to the medicines though. Also, I have realised craving for Non-Veg a little.
As for physical problems, as notified earlier, I have heel pain now apart from the pilonidal sinus issue...
I will try sourcing for Silicea 6c in a day or two. By the way, I already have Silicea 30 - please let me know if this can be used instead of Silicea 6c.

I just restarted the medicine Silicea 6x from yesterday (3 times a day)
The lump still remains and the sinus as well but not much painful.
Not sure if it's due to medicine or work stress, I have been feeling very tired and lazy for the past 3 weeks or so.

Please take calc sulph 6x 4 pellets thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours for few days. Please take 1/2 tsp haridra khanda in the morning and evening with water. Please don't take silicea for the time being. You may report back after 10 days.

It's still the same i.e., the lump keeps getting bigger and then smaller. Currently, it is a little bigger in size and is a little painful..
Kindly recommend if I need to do anything radical since I have been really suffering for quite a few days..

If you have silicea 6c with you, you may start with that as follows..
please take silicea 6c thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours.
If you don't have 6c please take 30c.
If 6c please take for 7 days and if 30c please take for 3 days and report back after 15 days.
