hoarness of voice really need HELP
i m 19 years old. i have a voice problem.Cant speak well.Cant do even speech.i m really wooried for my my voice.i need help for my voice disorder.my voice has two faults
1. hoarness
2. childish or ladies like voice (very low pitch)
my voice problem is due to sex. i did a lot of masturbation. so that my voice becomes very weak.it has a very low pitch. i feel very shy to speak to others. becuz my voice looks like childish or like ladies voice. ALSo i have also hoarness of voice.when i speak loud.my voice breaks and hoarness.when i m talking in group my voice is not understanble becuz its very slow. i have to put pressure to throat to speak.sometimes it also hoarness when i m talking usually.
i need a proper medicine for my voice
PLZ DOCTORS SUGEST SOME MEDICINES WITH DOSES
AND PRESPECTION FOR MY VOICE
I REALLY REALIZE VOICE IS IMPORTANT PART OF LIFE
