4yr old with pimples on armpit.

Hello I think my 4 yr old son has 'molluscom contagiosum'. He has small white pimples/bumps on his armpit and now has spread down his arm and back. He has eczema and is constantly scratching everywhere. I've read that doctors don't really prescribe anything for this but I would like to eliminate it if possible. please help.

Hello again,
It seemed to have worked. The pimples are going away, though it spread a bit to his face in those three days. They are still there (red dots). Will everything go away in the next few days? If it does come back in the future can I give him some more? and for his eczema should I wait to see if it goes away or try another medicine?
Another question. Since he's been born he's had problems breathing through his nose. He had large tonsils and adenoids so we had them removed but didn't really notice any improvements in his breathing. (he has stopped snoring though). It just seems like he's congested all time. Is there anything I can do or give him for that?
Thank you for your time.

Some of them went away more came back so i waited two weeks and tried again for 3 nights. I have not seen any improvement. They seem to be a lot worse now than before I started. They are a lot bigger and are filled bursting with pus.
