Herniation at L4/L5 compression

I am 31 yr old and having lower back pain. The MRI report says, 'Large posterocentral herniation at L4-L5 level compressing the anterior thecal and impinging over bilateral trevrsing L5 nerve roots with thecal sac narrowing.'

Also AP dimension of bony lumbar canal,

L4-L5 - 78.7sq.mm
L5-S1 - 45.4sq.mm

Kindly suggest the remedy and treatment.

1. Describe your main suffering?
I am 31 yrs old housewife. Started having Lower back pain, also pain in legs
MRI findings are,
Large posterocentral herniation at L4-L5 level compressing the anterior thecal and impinging over bilateral traversing L5 nerve roots with thecal sac narrowing.
The AP dimensions of the body lumbar canal and the thecal sac areas are as follows:
L1: 14.3mm L1-L2: 174.5 sq.mm
L2: 13.7mm L2-L3: 159.2 sq.mm
L3: 13.7mm L3-L4: 127.1 sq.mm
L4: 11.8mm L4-L5: 78.7 sq.mm
L5: 11.1mm L5-S1: 45.4 sq.mm

2. What other physical sufferings do you have in your body?
Migrane, Acne on face.

3. What mental sufferings / feelings do you have associated with your physical sufferings?
Nothing

4. What exactly do you feel when you are at your worst?
Pain in lower back which goes till legs

5. When did it all start? Can you connect it to any past event or disease?
Not sure when, diagonesis happen resently.

6. Which time of the day you are worst?
Not specific but when I am stressed out, like if I work for long.

7. What are the things which aggravate your suffering and which are those which ameliorate the same?
When I do physical work it aggravate & lowers down when I rest

8. Do you think your sufferings have relation to any external stimuli (like, change of place) or any internal biological changes in the body, like, menses (in females)?
No.

9. When do you feel better, during hot weather or cold weather, humid or dry weather?
My suffering is not related to weather

10. Describe your general mental set up? Are you Moody, Arrogant, Mild, Agreeable Changeable, Nervous, Suspicious, Easily offended, Quiet, Arguing, Irritating, Lazy etc.
I am short tempered.
- How do you feel before or during a thunderstorm? N/A

- Do you like being consoled during your tough times? Yes
- Are you sensitive to external stimuli like smell, noise, light etc? Yes

- Do you have any typical habit or gesture like nail biting, causeless
weeping, talking to one self etc? No

- How do you feel about your friends, family, your children and especially your husband / wife?
I fill secured when they r around, & like to spend time with them.

11. What are your fears and do you dream of any situation repeatedly?
I fear of deep water like sea but like to play with water on beaches, water parks etc.

12. What do you crave for in food items and what are your aversions? I like everything in veg as I am vegetarian.

13. How is your thirst: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Less, I wish to increase water intake

14. How if your hunger: Less, Normal or Excessive?
Normal

15. Is there any kind of food which your body can’t stand?
Bread & Chinese, I get headache after eating i.e. I am having acidity prb.

16. Is your sweat normal or less or more? Where does it sweat more: Head, Trunk or Limbs?
Normal, Trunk

17. How is your bowel movement and stool type?
Normal if I eat at regural intervals & complete meal is taken.

18. How well do you sleep? Do you have a particular posture of sleeping?
Since pregnancy I don’t have sound sleep, I getup atleast once time in night.

19. Do you think you are able to satisfy your sexual desires in general?
Yes

20. How do you think you are different from others, if at all?
I like social work, I like to participate in cultural activities in society, I like to make new friends, like to speak & meet new people.

21. What medications have been taken earlier by you to treat the diseases and do you have any particular symptom surfacing after the medication?
Taken pain killers.

22. What major diseases are running in your family?
Father had undergone Bypass surgery, grandmother was diabetic, but I had done test for sugar it is negative

23. Describe, how do you look like? Describe your overall appearance
I am female height 5’4’’ weight- 60 skin – oily (having acne on cheeks i.e. face)
24. (ONLY FOR FEMALES)

If you are not having normal menstrual cycles, please answer the following questions:
periods are normal
- Are the periods early, regular or late in general? How long do they last?
- Do you suffer from any kind of physical or mental discomfort before, during or after the periods? Gets irritated by small thing i.e moods keep on changing
- Is the flow scanty, normal or excessive? normal
- Is the blood thick bright red or pale watery? both
- Do you notice any clots in the flow?sometimes
 
AMD25 last decade
day 1 and day 2
please take three doses of Kali Carb 30c at a gap of 4 hours.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 4 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 3-4 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

day 3 to day 15
please take 2 pellets each of the following tissue salts thrice a day at a gap of 4 hours
natrum sulph 6x
calc phos 6x

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Please report after 15 days.
