Fibro girl with headaches

Last month I posted and was recommended to take Lycopodium 2ooc (at that time I had dizziness as well, but no longer). Now my headaches are more severe - throbbing tension like headaches(whole head is senitive to touch) but also sinus headaches as well with severe tenderness above eyebrows. My TMJ has worsen and I grind my teeth nightly. My neck and scaleens muscles are severely tender and tight as well as my trapezoids and shoulder blades.

Emotionally, very despondent over the recent death of mother. As feel overwhelmed and emotionally and physically drained with the task of caring for three small children all with special needs - feel sorry for myself, cry a lot and am angry for the hand I have been dealt in life. No family support, in fact family members just further burden me with their insensitivity and demands, makes me very bitter and am constantly comparing myself to others who have it better, a lot of self-pity.

Energy is low, just been told that saliva cortisol levels were abnormal and that my adrenals are severely depleted. Legs feel heavy and whole body aches, feel very run down and I tend to get sore throats and cold sores inside my mouth.

Need to take 5HTP to sleep and still will wake with anxiety dreams.

Can it get any worse, please help.

Thanks for your expertise.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please take three doses of Spigelia 200c at a gap of 4 hours and report back after 15 days.

Thank you for your help. I went to the remedy store and noticed that there were two types of spigelia, which one do you want me to take?

I purchased spigelia Anth. and it came in a vial with very very small pellets.HOW MANY DO I TAKE? I am not familiar with this size, I always took homeopathy with the bigger pellets.

Thanks again,

You may take 12-15 very very small pellets as one dose.

kadwa,
I am still experiencing sinus and tension headaches,lower/upper back and neck tightness and all over muscle tightness/stiffness. My emotions are still depressive in nation, lots of self-pity, anger has lessened a little, still grieving loss of mom.TCM doctor said that I am severely depleted - weal pulse, pale tongue (indicative of stomach problems). My GI system is still sluggish, still have difficulty digesting food/acid reflux.Sinuses are so bad that they have caused extreme tooth pain. Also, I am still tired and achy all over. Do you think that tissue salts would work for me to try to correct the underlying imbalances? I think I need to take something everyday since I have so many disturbances. I need your input. I am sorry but the rememdies are not working.

Thanks for your time and patience,
Kathi
