i have very strong urges to do Masturbation

I have many times made promises to myself that i will end this evil, but the urges are so strong i fall for them, one i went to stop it for 3 months.
but then when i started back i did it 4-5 times a day and now cannot control it. for 3 days i have not done it, and i am happy but who knows what will happen in few days. the most concerned part is when i do it, i cant stop for at least 2 weeks to have a break.

i use cold water 4-5 times a day for my private. and urge gets down, this procedures works well but there has to be something else as a solution.
My semen has disappeared. just few drops come.

i need to be healthy again sexually and also want to not to masturbate.

i have heard there is a medicine which decreases the masturbation urge. i some how deleted its information.

can u guys suggest me some homeophatic medicine to control it
