giant tonsil problem

My daughter has had kissing tonsils for a few weeks now. Complained first day of a slightly sore throat. Felt better the next day. Tonsils have been affecting speech and sleeping/breathing at night. They are red and very swollen but I can't see any blistering or gunk. No fever. Headache on/off. Low energy on/off.
Her tonsils have always been large, since two-she's 11 now. They've never been a problem, just BIG. Has always fought off illness very well. Runs a fever for a day or so and then recovers quickly. She's blonde, blue-eyed, well built, pale but tans (lives in AK). Craves bread. Good appetite. Regular bm.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
Please give her three doses daily of Kali Mur 30c at a gap of 4 hours for 2 days and report back after 7 days.

One dose means
If the medicine is in pills form 3 pills. Don't touch pills with hand. Use cap of bottle to take pills.
If the medicine is in liquid dilution form, 2 drops in some 20 ml water. Sip up slowly.

Please follow homeo restrictions like no coffee, no raw onion/garlic, no strong perfumes, don't eat or drink anything within 30 minutes before or after taking medicine.

Thank you, I'll try tomorrow when the health food store opens up. Would castor oil packs on the neck do any good?
