Oligospermia(Low sperm count & No Motility)

hello doctor,
dear dr.
i am 32 male, being married for 1 years. i have been diagnosed with oligospermia.

i am sending my sperm analysis. please suggest me some medicine. i will be thankful to you. my case history is as below.
i have low sperm count & no motility, i am taking allopathy medicine to cure for approx 6 year. other than this i had done following test
1)semen examination,
2)sperm wash,
3) culture sensitivity,
4) hormonial thyroid which shows sub-clinical hyperthyroidism, also hormonial profile which shows

l.h 10.0miu/ml
f.s.h 9.8 miu/ml
prolactin 5.0ng/ml

also test of testis, which shows (multiple calcified granulomas in both the testies, probably 2degree old treated koch's).

note:grade 3 & grade 4 has 0%.

i have done all test for my wife & all are clear.

i am currently taking treatment & eagerly seeking for a child.
i hope you would provide me with some medicine..
