Travel to India with toddler

I'm planning to travel to India from USA with my 16month old daughter...she's very active and doesn't like to be held with seat-belts..Can anyone provide the meds I can use to calm her if she gets restless or doesn't want to eat/sleep in the travel..

Please provide the details ..
