dyslipidemia

Recently, during a medical test for life insurance, I'm told that my premium would be increased because of 'dyslipidemia'. Few years back, a health checkup had indicated higher levels of VLDL.

I've extremely low levels of fat in take. Don't eat meat. We consume one litre of cooking oil (sunflower oil) for more than 3 months.

continuing from my first post...

Is there a way to reduce VLDL levels using Homeopathy?

I walk for 30 minutes on treadmill. However, I'm told that it will only increase HDL.
