pimples on skin and chest

My daughter is suffering from above symptom since puberty. she is 18 now .Seeking suitable remedy

She is a bit imotional. Gets irritated to her family with slightest provocation at times.but supresses her feelings while among with friends or others.

When the pimples of bigger size are squeezed they discharges a grain like substance.
