In homeopathy you can try arnica mont 200 daily one dose early in the morning empaty stomach for long time.. but for motor neuron disease only Puls Electro magnetic Filed i.e. pemf treatment is more effective then the other treatment.. you can search pemf in google.com or youtube.com for detail...
