Question for Joe: onion, garlic etc. and taking Arnica

Hello Joe,
I'm starting the Wet Dose daily routine with Arnica 30C. I know you've said no coffee, cola or cured meat products, but many postings by homeopaths that I've seen on this forum seem to prohibit Onions, Garlic and Mint while taking homeopathic remedies.
Could you comment on these and any other restrictions that apply when using the Arnica Daily routine.
Thanks in advance.

This is just a forum. Assume posts are not from medical professionals.
I have not discovered that Onions, Garlic and Mist antidote Homeopathic remedies in my experience. I presume that these other Homeopathc who obviously are qualified have reason for this advice.

I see no harm in your including them in your list of taboos when taking Homeo remedies but those that I have listed are from my own personal experience which have proved to antidote remedies.

I am glad to note that you have started a daily routine with Arnica in the Wet dose and you will soon discover, perhaps even overnight, that Arnica will help you to sleep more deeply and will also help to keep you away from Diabetes, will lower Cholesterol and Triglycerides, improve your skin condition etc etc.

Please type 'Arnica the Miracle Remedy' into the Search Box at the top of the opening page on this Forum to read the records of my research on this amazing remedy.

Please feel free to record your response to Arnica 30c in the Wet dose taken nightly after you have used it for a few days on this thread to enable others to also believe that it works wonders for the well being of the body.

It is understood of course that you will not use any tonic or other drug while you are on Arnica.
