My details as follows,please advise me were I what medicine would solve the issue

Travid
Mucosolvan 30mg

Active : 5%
Sluggish : 5%
Nonmotile : 90%
Pus :15-16 hpf/cells

Medicine taken
1000 mg Vita C
Travid

16-01-2010
Count : 8 million / ml
Volume : 3 ml
Liquidification : 1 hour
Active : 5%
Sluggish : 5%
Nonmotile : 90%
Pus :6-8 hpf/cells

Diagonsed as primary varicocele grade1 in right and grade2 in left side with minimal hydrocele.
