dr. sadeq:yellow urine with prostatic fluid
dear doctor,i am 24 single male. from last six months my urine color is pale yellow, usually color of first urine is very yellow.from last one month i am feeling semen with my urine specially at the end of urine.it looks like mucus with last drops of urine. i am loosing charm of my face also. i have very dark circles around my eyes.. doctor plz save my life.. plz...
i dont want to loose my coming life.

i think i should tell u the history of my desease.
-in last may i met my girl friend in park.during talk my penis was erected but i didnt ejaculate.then pain started in lower area of my abdomen.then evening onwards my urine color was deep yellow.every time the color was yeallo.
-lower back pain started from then
-fatigue and loss in charm of my face.
-looks older by skin
-then i was feeling that it is due to loss of semen because before that night fall in week was normal but after that incident it never happend.
-i felt some erection problem also.
- in june itself when i did sex with my girl friend then there was no erection at all.
i have tried but i was fail.
-my deep yellow urine was with some smell.
-from last one month i am seeing few drops of colorless fluid(mucus) at the end of urine.
-there are dark black circles around my eyes.
-it comes in drops.
-during my morning toilet drop by drop urine dont stop.
-some times i take on my finger then i can easily see the mucus in urine.
-after some duration i also feel pain in lower back
- i took culture test as well as urine analysis but every thing is ok.

few days back i took some medicine from a ayurvedic dodtor yellow urine disappeared and fluid started now again yellow color started and fluid is not that much.....but fatigue is same

-i think yellow color is not because of water deficiency because i have ample amount of water but still in every urination the color is yellow and concentrated.
-some times the amount of urine is very less.

You told before that, in June, you did sex with your girl friend. How now you can deny about sexual intercourse?

dear Dr, sadeq. today on 23rd morning i have taken 5 drops of conium 200 with water.
i haven't see any significant change till now....

i am feeling tired..
yellow color of urine is same.
its less frequent than normal.
one more thing sir.i have addiction of tobacco chewing so should i stop it or i can continue with the remedies..
